Why is my account lost or canβt log in to my old account?
To Users who believe their assets have been gone/disappeared/missing/lost, or log in with a new account:
Please verify your login method. If you initially used an email login, continue to use email for subsequent logins. Failure to adhere to these login methods will create different XPLUS accounts based on your login method, leading to confusion with new accounts appearing as if your assets have been wiped.
If you wish to use multiple login methods for the same account, after logging in via email, ensure to link your Google or other accounts within 'My Connected Account'.
What can I do if I create a new account but donβt want the new account?
If you have confirmed that you created a new XPLUS account (we called it A) with other social accounts, and want to connect the social account to your old XPLUS account (we called it B), then follow the instructions:
Log in XPLUS account A
Connect an email first with account A
Disconnect the social account
Log in XPLUS account B
Connect the social account with account B
How can I change my transaction password?
Itβs a 6-digits password.
Asset -> My Wallet -> the menu tap next to your wallet address -> Change password

Why should I check-in?
Check-in can get a Passcard. With Passcard, you can redeem XCOIN to vX.
Why canβt I check-in?
Check-in needs a gas fee, so pls make sure you have sufficient gas fee. For now, we support TON, MATIC on Polygon and ETH on Arbitrum as gas fee.
What can I do if it shows insufficient gas fee when check-in?
Insufficient gas fee means you need to transfer gas fee from cex to XPLUS wallet.

What can I do if I got deducted for the gas fee but check-in failed?
You can submit a report form of check-in failure in the app.
The form can be found right under the button of check-in.
Why are there no check-in records on the calendar?
Pls donβt checkin multiple times for the same day. The check-in process takes time to call contracts and reflect the check-in successful record on the calendar.
You can come back and check the check-in status later. If still no record after a long time, pls submit a report form of check-in failure in the app.
Why didn't I get a Passcard for check-in?
The Passcard will be distributed at the end of each month. So you won't get any rewards right after you complete daily check-in tasks.

Why did my farm level decrease?
Farm level updates every Monday at 00:00 UTC+0 and it will track your past 30 daysβ records and your current week's farming times.
You need to maintain the farming times like you did in the past 30 days. If less than the farming times you did in the past 30 days, the farm level will reduce.
How to redeem XCOIN?
XCOIN is in-app points, which can only be redeemed to vX with Passcard.
vX is the vesting token of $X at a ratio of 1:1.
